Pholnaxxeth offers digital services for creating and sharing media albums and slideshows. Because our platform delivers digital content, the following return and refund policy applies.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Pholnaxxeth subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full access to your account and all created albums until that period concludes.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are considered under the following conditions:

  • A request is submitted within 14 days of the initial charge
  • The platform features paid for were not delivered or were substantially unavailable due to a technical issue on our end
  • No more than a minimal portion of the paid service period has been used

Refunds are not available for partial billing periods, or if significant use of the platform has occurred during the billing cycle.

Digital Content

Albums, slideshows, and exported files created using Pholnaxxeth are digital outputs produced by you using our tools. As such, they are not eligible for return. Fees associated with storage upgrades or extended album access are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
