Album Sharing

When you share an album using a public link, the album becomes accessible to anyone who has that link. You are responsible for managing access to your albums and for the content contained within them.

All platform software, design, logos, tutorials, and written content published by Pholnaxxeth are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse these without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Pholnaxxeth provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of revenue, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if these Terms of Use are violated. You may also stop using the platform at any time and request deletion of your data.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
